This is the most economical type of tree survey. All trees will be inspected, but only details of those trees which are potentially hazardous are recorded within the tree report. Clients with a large number of trees and a limited budget tend to favour this type of tree survey.
This is the advanced level of tree survey whereby details of all trees are recorded within the tree report. This type of tree survey will suit clients who wish to have a full inventory of trees within their care such as schools and areas of higher use.
Surveys are sometimes requested by insurers or mortgage lenders as trees can (occasionally) pose a risk to buildings. We can assess the safety of your tree(s) and any potential tree failures or damage to buildings caused by roots and branches. The survey is comprehensive as we also assess soil type and future management for the trees.
